Your tasks – responsibility with scope for creativity

• First and second level support for Salesforce users
• Supporting employees with questions about CRM processes and system functions
• Analysing and coordinating disruptions as well as collaborating with internal and external partners
• Contributing to the optimisation and further development of CRM processes
• Conducting tests (UAT), supporting releases, and user administration
• Creating documentation and conducting user training
• Close cooperation with sales, service, IT, and other departments

Your profile – what you bring with you

• Completed training in IT or commercial training with IT affinity
• Experience in CRM or application support, ideally with Salesforce
• Understanding of business processes and enthusiasm for process optimisation
• Independent, solution-oriented, and service-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
