Responsibilities:
Operation of client, server, network and M365 environment
Receiving, prioritising, coordinating and resolving support cases (hardware, software, network and communication issues at 1st & 2nd level support & coordination of 3rd level support with external partners)
Installation/configuration of IT hardware and client applications
Consulting and training of users / support of the ERP system
Active participation in projects with the possibility of project management (infrastructure & applications)
Identification and (partial) implementation of optimisation potentials in processes (PowerAutomate/PowerPlatform or scripting in ERP solution)
Coordination and support in specification, testing and rollout to implement application releases
General administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent training with professional experience in a similar role
Sound knowledge in Microsoft client support
Server/M365 and network experience advantageous
Service-oriented, reliable personality with high personal responsibility
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of modern technologies & creative freedom
