What distinguishes you for this
- Education as a civil or traffic engineer, spatial planner, project manager or similar
- Business management training, including project management
- Professional experience in the planning and execution of complex road construction projects
- Leadership experience or experience in a deputy management role
- High social and communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders
- Reliable, independent and performance-oriented personality
- Conceptual thinking with a strong goal orientation
