Professional System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you develop and implement modern workplace and cloud solutions, thereby shaping future-oriented ICT concepts. You accompany customers in the continuous development of their digital work environments and ensure that their infrastructure remains professional, secure, and efficient. As a professional, you take responsibility for the technical conception and implementation and contribute your expertise specifically to projects. Due to the open and versatile nature of the tasks, you have the opportunity to also engage in adjacent IT areas and actively shape your ideas. Responsibilities:
Development of future-proof digital workplace solutions and transition of classic IT environments into modern Microsoft-based operating models
Technical support of infrastructure and cloud transformations from planning through migrations to successful production deployment
Participation in and, depending on the project, taking over technical leadership in complex customer projects including expert-level troubleshooting
Expansion of the solution portfolio through new approaches in cloud, virtualisation, cybersecurity, and automation as well as technical support of the sales organisation
Qualifications:
Solid educational background in IT system technology and several years of practical experience in engineering professional IT infrastructures
Affinity for Microsoft cloud and workplace technologies as well as willingness to actively engage in adjacent technology areas
Proactive and responsible personality with high initiative, strong quality standards, and customer-oriented mindset
Independent and team-oriented working style, confident communication in German, and a category B driving licence
