Responsibility for the technical conception and development of individual software solutions in a high-security environment
Management and leadership of demanding software projects from analysis to implementation
Development and evaluation of robust software architectures together with an agile development team
Coordination of various departments and technical support of on-site customers
Assumption of technical project responsibility as well as gradual expansion of leadership responsibilities
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in software development as well as sound knowledge in analysis, design, and development of individual applications
Very good knowledge of C# and Go and ideally experience with Python and C++
Basic knowledge of software architecture, CI/CD, Git, and test management
Experience in technical project management as well as initial leadership experience in team management
Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
