• Receive and analyse requests from taxpayers, individuals and legal entities or their representatives, as well as requests from employers.
• Analyse their tax situation, provide information on taxation in writing or orally (phone, email), and answer their questions on directives, liability, tax return preparation, general instructions, deadlines, and summons.
• Grant payment plans based on the analysis of the taxpayer's situation in accordance with circulars and by delegation of operational powers.
• Respond to users regarding installation on all microcomputer operating systems and the use of applications.
• Detect users in difficulty and provide support intervention.

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a customer relations agent or commercial employee or equivalent qualification.
• Confirmed experience of 2 years.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Good stress management.
