You are passionate about Cloud Client Engineering and want to design modern, reliable and intelligent workplaces? In this role, as an M365 Workplace Engineer, you take responsibility for the architecture, automation and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 workplaces. You develop solutions that support customers on their digital transformation journey and align their work environment with the future. You design the entire lifecycle of the M365 workplaces and ensure secure, stable and efficient operation. Through your commitment, you contribute to effectively modernising and continuously optimising workplaces.
Responsibilities:
You design and implement modern Microsoft cloud workplaces with Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
You further develop workplace solutions and specifically integrate AI functions as well as intelligent automations.
You accompany digitalisation initiatives at renowned Swiss companies from technical conception to implementation.
You analyse customer requirements and translate them into practical, scalable cloud solutions.
You work closely with the team and customers and contribute your own ideas to optimise existing environments.
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience as a Microsoft System Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
You have practical expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure and/or Intune in projects or customer environments.
You are interested in artificial intelligence, Copilot solutions and agent-based automations in the workplace context.
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or a comparable qualification.
You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working flexibly with teams and customers.
