What to expect
- You will lead the House of Läderach as a unique visitor and experience centre with retail, museum, café, live production, walk-in atelier and event area
- You are responsible for the budget, sales, cost and profitability targets for the entire House of Läderach
- You continuously develop the business areas retail, museum & tours, corporate events, courses, café, live production, walk-in atelier and welcome desk and unlock new potentials
- You ensure an outstanding customer experience across all areas
- You define measures, lead cross-departmental projects and contribute significantly to substantially increasing visitor numbers in the coming years
- You work closely with the Swiss country team as well as HQ functions - especially Retail Switzerland, Marketing, Controlling, Customer Service and Technical Service
- You ensure efficient processes as well as the highest quality, hygiene and safety standards
- You analyse key figures, derive optimisation measures and ensure target achievement
- You further develop your managers and employees and promote a performance- and service-oriented team culture
What you bring
- You have a degree, preferably in business administration, marketing or business management, as well as several years of leadership and management experience in events, gastronomy and/or sales
- You have a strong business understanding and confidently take on budget, process and result responsibility
- You communicate fluently in German and English and inspire with your winning, charming manner
- You convince with customer orientation, initiative, creativity, team spirit and pragmatic solutions
- You are hands-on, enjoy working operationally and are willing to work regularly on weekends and public holidays
- You love chocolate - and may even already be a Läderach fan
