What you achieve

• Independent and efficient handling of simple to medium personal injury claims in the area of daily sickness benefits in French (representatively in German)
• Responsibility for claim setup, including coverage verification
• Active case management in close cooperation with internal and external partners
• Conducting initial telephone assessments with insured persons and employers
• Drafting correspondence in benefit cases
• Coordination with other social insurances (IV, ALV, UVG, BVG etc.)
• Contributing to the further development of processes and automations

What you bring

• Experience in the insurance industry, ideally in personal insurance
• Commercial or medical basic training with further education in insurance (e.g. social insurance specialist or insurance specialist with a federal diploma)
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external contacts
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of German are a must
