Role:
The company is an internationally active Swiss manufacturer of high-quality interior solutions, combining industrial precision with a strong commitment to quality and design.
Particularly exciting is the combination of traditional craftsmanship, technical innovation, and international business. Employees collaborate with various departments such as production, engineering, purchasing, logistics, sales, marketing, and central corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for group-wide management reporting and prepare meaningful financial analyses for the executive management and international management.
Consolidation and analysis of monthly financial statements, including variance, margin, and profitability analyses, are part of your duties.
Together with the local units, you contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning.
You further develop and automate reporting and controlling solutions, using tools such as Power BI and ERP systems.
In strategic projects and investment decisions, you provide profitability analyses and support the department management as a business partner.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with a federal diploma in finance and accounting or a business degree specialising in finance/controlling.
You bring several years of experience in international controlling or group reporting.
You are proficient with Power BI and common ERP systems such as SAP, Abacus, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Your working style is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, combined with a high standard of quality.
You communicate flawlessly in written and spoken German and have business fluent English as well as enthusiasm for an international environment.
