To strengthen the IT department within the "Shared Services Center" in Ostermundigen (BE), we are looking for a:
Business Analyst – 100%
As a Business Analyst, you play a key role by identifying, analysing, and formulating the needs of our internal customers in the Assistance area. At the heart of our IT ecosystem, you contribute to transforming these needs into concrete and relevant solutions – actively shaping the future of mobility.
Your challenges
Analyse business requirements
- Planning and structuring the analysis within your area of responsibility
- Conducting inspiring requirements workshops using modern methods
- Questioning and optimising the Salesforce solution to ensure maximum impact
Document and communicate
- Recording requirements and modelling efficient target processes
- Defining clear functional requirements
- Creating structured test plans and practical test scenarios
Propose and implement solutions
- Active participation in projects with tangible impact
- Identifying and communicating functional risks
- Participation in change management
- Organising and conducting tests as well as supporting commissioning
IT support and further development
- Ensuring functional support
- Contributing to the further development and continuous optimisation of our tools
What you bring
Tool competencies
- Salesforce Case Management
- Jira and Confluence
- Data management and SQL queries
Profile
- Higher education (university, ETH, FH or equivalent)
- Ideally experience in the Assistance sector
- Extensive experience in the CRM area
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Understanding of requirements in the development environment
- Knowledge of AGILE projects
- Ability to identify and implement concrete solutions
- German C2, fluent English
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, analytical and cross-functional thinking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UX and Design Thinking are a plus
