Help ensure the successful operation of our digital products and touchpoints in this newly created role and further develop them based on data. You will actively contribute to making digital offerings and services usable for our members, continuously optimising them and consistently aligning them with the achievement of defined business goals.

For the product management team in the B2C sector, we are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented, and communicative personality at the Ostermundigen location.

Your Challenges

• Provide new as well as existing members with the appropriate digital offerings at the right customer interface. The goal: to achieve daily relevance

This is achieved, among other things, by:

• Responsibility for the operation, further development, and optimisation of digital products and customer journeys
• Ensuring the operational implementation of digital product decisions and roadmaps
• Prioritising and managing the backlog as well as ensuring timely implementation
• Ensuring the impact of implemented measures and their sustainable anchoring in operations through monitoring and reporting of relevant key figures
• Deriving concrete optimisations based on data and operational insights
• Ensuring seamless collaboration with the strategic PM Digital from idea to successful operation
• Participating in digital initiatives and their structured implementation in operations
• Implementing digital product strategies and innovations with a clear focus on added value for our members
• Stakeholder management with internal partners to ensure implementation

How to Succeed in Your Role

• Completed studies in business administration or business informatics or a similar field. Alternatively: comparable qualification
• Professional experience as PM, BO, or Project Manager, ideally with a digital focus
• Enjoy holistic thinking and breaking down the "big picture" into individual parts.
• Strong execution skills in customer-oriented product developments and processes
• Self-responsibility, transversal communication skills as well as measurability of results
• You have confident German and English skills, ideally with good French knowledge
• As a team player, you feel comfortable in a cross-functional culture
• Your confident presence and argumentation skills complete your profile
