About the job

For this newly created position, we are looking for a strong leadership, entrepreneurial-minded and connecting personality to join the PM team "Member Services" immediately, who will take responsibility for the areas of digital member services and the credit card.

In this key position, you will lead a team of product managers, further develop the strategic direction of the portfolio, and at the same time ensure that goal orientation, economic success, operational excellence and member value are in harmony. Together with your team, you will shape the future of TCS's digital offerings and services and make a significant contribution to the further development of the Touring Club Switzerland and its services for members.

Your challenges

• Personnel management of the team as well as ensuring a high professional quality through coaching and constructive sparring of the responsible product managers
• Overall responsibility for the strategic direction and further development of the portfolios Digital Member Services and Credit Card
• Managing the portfolio based on defined target figures and ensuring effective performance and result orientation
• Promoting a consistently member- and customer-oriented approach and product development based on market, data and customer insights.
• Ensuring suitable framework conditions, priorities and resources for the successful implementation of the portfolio goals by the team
• Representing the area towards management, internal partners as well as external service providers.
• Recognising opportunities, risks and trends and deriving well-founded decision bases for the department management
• Responsibility for the performance, future viability and further development of the area of responsibility

How to succeed in your start

• Leadership experience in a product-, service- or digital-related environment
• Proven experience in the strategic further development and management of portfolio KPIs, business areas or services
• Enjoyment in developing and empowering employees
• High customer and member orientation as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
• Communicative and convincing personality with high social competence and confident appearance
• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, marketing, product management or comparable education
• Fluent German with French skills or vice versa; English is an advantage
• Enjoyment of working in a networked, cross-functional organisation and actively shaping change
