Our client is an internationally active industrial company that develops and produces high-quality machines and technical solutions for precise manufacturing. The products are used worldwide in demanding industrial applications. At the Swiss location, specialists from development, production, service and other technical areas work closely together.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• In this role, you lead a team of instructors and support specialists
• Together with your team, you plan and design training for service employees and international partners
• You further develop existing learning offerings and supplement them with videos and digital learning formats
• You coordinate training content, dates and materials and ensure reliable implementation
• In exchange with support, you identify new learning needs and address relevant topics for future training

You offer your new employer:

• You have a technical basic education and ideally bring experience in adult education
• Training or instruction for technical professionals is familiar to you from practice
• In dealing with people, you are open, down-to-earth and empathetic
• You are interested in new learning methods and digital possibilities and contribute your own ideas
• You are proficient in German and English, and also work confidently with MS Office and ERP systems
