Role:
An internationally active service organisation in the migration and integration sector that supports public clients in the accommodation, care and integration of refugees.

Responsibilities:
You lead a team both professionally and personally, coordinate tasks and promote the development of your employees.
You are responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements.
You manage the operational accounting processes, coordinate payment runs and ensure high data quality as well as correct billing.
As an escalation point, you support with technical questions and work closely with IT and external partners.
As a key user for Esker, you accompany tests and releases and drive the continuous optimisation of processes.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in accounting or finance or a comparable further education.
Several years of professional experience in accounting.
You are very confident in monthly and annual financial statements as well as balance sheet and account reconciliations.
Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central or LucaNet.
Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
