IT Security Engineer (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner specialises in the legal sector and focuses on quality and responsibility in their work.
Responsibilities:
Support the Head of ICT & Innovation in the further development of the ICT landscape and actively participate in projects
Analyse and optimise ICT processes, ensure technical documentation and coordinate requirements
Ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure (servers, network, telephony, peripherals) as well as the stability of data and interfaces (ERP, CRM, online shop)
Responsible for ICT security, security systems (firewall, endpoint security, SIEM, backup, disaster recovery, storage, monitoring) and quality assurance
Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, handling of 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Involvement in budget planning and cost control, negotiations with suppliers and partners, training and support of users
Qualifications:
Training as an ICT specialist HF or equivalent, ideally complemented by further training (e.g. system engineer, IT security, solution architect) and several years of professional experience
Experienced in the Microsoft environment (client & server), networks, M365, ERP and webshop solutions, security systems as well as virtualisation (VMware, Proxmox/KVM, Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of interfaces, data processing, Linux and AI is an advantage
Independent, reliable, structured, solution-oriented and willing to take responsibility for technical challenges
Very good German and English skills both spoken and written
