Special Machines Project Manager (M/F)

For our client, an innovative company active in the design of automated solutions and customised industrial equipment, based in the Franches-Montagnes district, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

Within a demanding technological environment, you will manage complex industrial projects from their launch to delivery, ensuring coordination of the various stakeholders:

• Ensure the complete management of projects related to the development of machines and automated equipment
• Be the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Guarantee compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives
• Coordinate the different participants involved in project execution
• Identify risks and implement necessary actions to ensure smooth business operations
• Participate in study, planning and budget monitoring phases
• Support technical teams in finding solutions adapted to client needs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods and processes.

Your profile:

• Higher technical education in microtechnology, mechanics, automation or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in managing industrial projects
• Knowledge of special machines, automation or production equipment
• Mastery of project management tools and methods
• Ease in communication with clients and technical teams
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to mobilise different stakeholders around common goals
• Very good knowledge of English; German is an asset
• Organised, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
