Occupational Health Nurse (M/F)

Your mission

Within the occupational health service, you actively contribute to the promotion of health and the well-being of employees. As a true local contact, you provide quality nursing support in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Welcome, guide and advise employees on health-related topics.
• Manage emergency situations and provide first aid.
• Perform nursing care and monitor prescribed treatments.
• Participate in risk prevention and health promotion activities.
• Organise and coordinate vaccination campaigns.
• Collaborate with various partners in the medico-social network.
• Work across several sites according to service needs.

Your profile

• Recognised Nursing diploma and right to practice in the Canton of Geneva.
• Minimum 2 years of confirmed professional experience.
• Strong interest in occupational health, prevention and employee support.
• Excellent command of common IT tools.
• Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-health network.
• Ability to manage priorities and emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good listening and discretion.
