Tasks

• Complete order processing from A to Z
• Handling complaints and customer concerns
• Support for the field sales team and merchandisers including tablet support
• Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and delivery notes
• Coordination of delivery dates as well as close cooperation with logistics, purchasing and sales

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in sales back office
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office
