Permanent Placement Consultant / Sales Consultant Permanent 40-100% (m/f/d)

We are recruiting for the following locations: Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Geneva, Valais and Ticino!

• You develop your client portfolio through targeted commercial activities and maintain it over the long term, based on trusting relationships
• You manage the entire recruitment process for permanent positions: from job posting to searching, interviewing, selecting and placement
• You prepare application files and present them to your clients - with active follow-up until contract signing
• Through regular visits and calls as well as the use of digital tools and networks, you ensure strong market visibility
• You monitor your commercial activities (KPIs) and ensure you meet your individual targets

• A Sales DNA and a genuine sense of client needs
• A strong service orientation and commitment to excellence
• An entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation
• Experience in recruitment as well as building a solid pool of candidates
• Completed training - ideally in a commercial profession or equivalent
• Good IT skills - you are comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems
• You speak fluent French; English and/or German are a plus
