Job Description
As an HR Manager / Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for the administrative management of human resources as well as the complete processing of payroll.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
- Ensuring administrative personnel management and monitoring HR files
- Preparing and processing salaries independently
- Managing social insurances, allowances, absences and other payroll-related elements
- Ensuring compliance with legal provisions and current regulations
- Being the point of contact for employees for all salary and HR-related questions
- Ensuring the monitoring and updating of data in various HR tools
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in the improvement and optimisation of HR and payroll processes
- Providing support and advice on various HR topics
Profile Sought
- Federal diploma in human resources
- Proven experience in a similar role, with solid experience in Swiss payroll
- Very good knowledge of Swiss legislation regarding salaries and social insurances
- Good command of HR administrative processes
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Organisational skills, rigour and excellent priority management
- Autonomy, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Interpersonal ease and excellent communication
