Role:
In this role, you take on the professional organisation of workplaces and services, ensuring an efficient, safe, and pleasant working environment. You are responsible for coordinating and optimising workplace layouts, material flows, and service provisions in everyday office life. You analyse existing structures, develop improvement measures, and implement them practically and sustainably. You coordinate closely with internal interfaces and external service providers to ensure smooth processes. With your eye for detail and processes, you contribute significantly to employees working productively and feeling comfortable at their workplace.
Responsibilities:
You operate, support, and continuously develop the workplace environment and ensure stable operations
With your expertise, you manage Windows clients, mobile devices, peripherals, and modern workplace systems
You actively participate in Microsoft 365, Intune, rollouts, and lifecycle topics and contribute optimisations
Through your structured working method, you analyse and efficiently resolve issues in 2nd-level support
You work closely with IT security, infrastructure, application teams, and the specialist departments
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education (EFZ/HF) or a comparable qualification
Your experience in client management, workplace management, or endpoint management enables you to professionally support users
You bring solid knowledge in Windows client management, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory
Very good German language skills, spoken and written, complete your profile
