System Engineer (Junior) (m/f/d)

The scope of services ranges from the basic IT equipment of individual workstations to large and demanding network solutions for enterprise and carrier. Role:
You have made your entry into IT and now want to really take off? As a System Engineer (Junior) (m/f/d), you will manage modern ICT environments for various customers and learn something new every day. From Windows Server to virtualisation to Microsoft 365 (M365), you will gain a broad technology base. Experienced colleagues will support you so that you can gradually take on your own small projects.
Responsibilities:
You maintain and operate ICT systems and ensure smooth operation.
You support the system engineering and project team in customer projects.
You work in the service desk and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
Furthermore, you take on your own smaller projects and bring them to completion.
Additionally, you maintain technical documentation with attention to detail.
You also assist in presales with the preparation of offers and concepts.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science, ideally with a focus on platform or system technology.
You bring initial experience in operating server, network, or cloud environments.
You are interested in current technologies and enjoy further training specific to products.
Moreover, you work in a structured, careful, and solution-oriented manner.
You present yourself in a friendly and reliable manner in customer contact.
Additionally, you communicate confidently in German and can navigate English technical documentation.
