Lab Technician R&D Scale-up and Small-scale Production (m/f/d), 100%
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen and expand our kilo lab in R&D, we are looking for a motivated Lab Technician R&D Scale-up and Small-scale Production (a), 100% for organic synthesis, who enjoys working on a project basis.
Your tasks:
- Conducting chemical syntheses
- Development, scale-up, and optimisation of processes
- Production of amino acid derivatives and pharmaceutical active ingredients on a kilo scale
- Operating technical equipment
- Maintaining batch documentation
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (EFZ) in the pharmaceutical or food technology sector
- Experience in cleanroom maintenance in the pharmaceutical environment or food sector
- Quality-conscious, structured, independent, reliable, and extremely clean working style
- Good technical understanding
- Robust physical condition, no claustrophobia
- Flexibility, communication skills, and willingness to learn
- Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
