What is my role?

Our client requires a site manager for sanitary installations who takes charge of the construction management for sanitary installations on various construction sites and ensures that everything runs smoothly. You coordinate your team on site, plan the workflows, and keep track of schedules and quality. You are the direct contact person for customers, architects, and other trades. You take care of the professional execution of the installation work and ensure that all regulations are complied with. Additionally, you handle material disposition and document the construction progress.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology or installer

• Several years of professional experience in sanitary installation

• Experience in construction management or team leadership is an advantage

• Driving licence class B

• Independent and structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
