HR Business Partner (M/F)
Your role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you are a true strategic partner to the management and line managers of various companies in French-speaking Switzerland. You support them in all their HR challenges and actively contribute to the development of the organisation.
In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for:
Advising management and executives on all HR issues, both strategic and operational.
Managing key HR processes, particularly in recruitment, talent management, succession planning and employee development.
Handling complex individual situations and providing your expertise in management, labour law and industrial relations.
Supporting company changes: organisational changes, transformations, integrations and external growth operations.
Assisting managers in conflict management, separations and work-related health issues.
Actively participating in the recruitment of specialists and executives, especially for strategic roles.
Designing and managing cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with the group’s various entities and sites.
Defining and implementing HR action plans tailored to the needs of the supported companies.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives deployed at group level.
Your profile
You hold a higher education degree in human resources, psychology, business management or a comparable field, complemented by solid experience in an HR Business Partner role.
You are particularly recognised for:
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a demanding, structured and constantly evolving environment.
Strong experience supporting management and executives on diverse HR issues.
Good knowledge of talent management, performance and organisational development topics.
Practical experience in change management and leading HR projects.
Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law and real ease in managing sensitive or complex situations.
Excellent communication, advisory and support skills with interlocutors at different levels.
Fluency in French and German, both spoken and written.
