Role:
In this role, as a Senior System Engineer, you design complex IT solutions in the areas of IT consulting, managed cloud, security, backup and infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet the highest security standards. You analyse the requirements of different industries and develop customised, stable and future-proof infrastructures based on these. You bring your several years of experience to holistically plan, implement and continuously optimise systems. You ensure that all solutions function reliably and thus contribute decisively to the further development of the entire IT environment.
Responsibilities:
You lead server projects from requirements analysis to creating concepts, specifications and offers
In customer contact, you coordinate visits, analyse needs and ensure high satisfaction
You also support the 24-hour on-call service and take on tasks in product management
In supporting our ICT apprentices, you actively contribute your expertise
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology with at least 3 years of professional experience
Sound knowledge of Windows client-server, virtualisation and Microsoft 365
Driving licence category B as well as good English skills
You master German perfectly in writing and speaking and like to bring a pinch of humour
