Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect / HF technician for execution planning for the constructive and planning development of demanding building projects. The focus is on precise execution and detailed planning, technically well-thought-out solutions, and the consistent assurance of architectural quality up to realisation. You coordinate your planning closely with specialist planners, experts, and executing companies and handle complex interfaces in a structured manner. The position is suitable for professionals who want to take responsibility for a consistent, coordinated, and buildable plan.

Responsibilities:

• Handling demanding building projects with a focus on execution and detailed planning

• Further development of construction projects into technically mature and feasible execution solutions

• Creation and coordination of execution, working, detailed, and revision plans

• Development of constructive connection, façade, interior finishing, and material details

• Coordination of planning with architecture, structural engineering, building services, and other disciplines

• Integration and control of specialist planner, contractor, and workshop plans

• Technical clarification of interfaces and early identification of planning conflicts and execution risks

• Review of constructions regarding feasibility, quality, and compliance with the architectural concept

• Support with materialisation, sampling, and technical product evaluations

• Handling planning adjustments and detailed questions during the realisation phase

• Ensuring a structured plan filing, plan revision, and documentation

• Compliance with relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations, and project-specific quality standards

Qualifications:

• Education as FH/ETH architect, certified HF technician in construction planning architecture, or EFZ draughtsperson specialising in architecture

• Several years of professional experience in execution and detailed planning of building projects

• Solid understanding of building construction, materialisation, and technical details

• Confident use of industry-standard CAD/BIM software, such as Archicad or Revit

• Good knowledge of Swiss building practice and relevant SIA standards

• Experience in coordinating specialist planners and contractor planning

• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
