Role:

In this role, you contribute to supporting innovative ICT solutions that advance companies in their digital transformation. You work in an environment characterised by high innovation, strong quality orientation, and genuine warmth. You support cloud solutions and turnkey ICT infrastructures that are precisely tailored to individual customer needs. You help manage and further develop customised, customer-oriented offers for companies from various industries. Additionally, you make an important contribution in consulting and after-sales services to ensure long-term added value for customers.

Responsibilities:

• You support our customers as the first point of contact in a wide range of ICT topics
• In this role, you primarily provide support remotely from the workplace and occasionally on-site at customers
• As an ICT supporter, you contribute to the operation and maintenance of our customers' ICT infrastructures
• You independently handle incidents and service requests at 1st and 2nd level
• In this role, you lead your own development projects and thus shape the further development of our company

Qualifications:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or an equivalent education in the ICT support field (specialising in system technology or platform development) and bring product-specific certifications.
• You are characterised by integrity, loyalty, commitment, perseverance, service orientation, customer focus, resilience, initiative, and flexibility.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills as well as analytical and interconnected thinking.
• You are a team player with high integration ability and very strong communication skills.
• You show empathy, actively respond to internal and external needs, and have conflict resolution skills as well as diplomatic tact.
• You think and act entrepreneurially, work in a structured manner, and can set priorities and plan your time efficiently.
