Watchmaker Assembly & Development (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a Watchmaker or equivalent training
• Significant experience in creating unique pieces, developing new products, or high-precision watch assembly
• Ability to work independently while easily integrating within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ease in switching between tasks according to priorities
• Strong interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and sharing technical knowledge
• Desire to pass on your expertise and actively contribute to the development of your professional peers' skills

• Assemble calibres and watch functions in the development phase, then participate in their technical validation
• Produce or adapt certain parts and sub-assemblies using traditional workshop machines
• Collaborate with various technical stakeholders to optimise solutions chosen during the design phases
• Provide your professional expertise to support activities related to watch assembly and manufacturing
• Document tests carried out and develop general assembly procedures
• Support the skills development of colleagues and external partners on product assembly methods
• Work in a versatile environment offering a wide variety of projects and responsibilities
