Within the Research & Development department, we offer a demanding position:

Your future tasks

You will be responsible for development projects as well as technical support tasks in the field of tribology, with a particular focus on issues related to lubrication processes and lubrication instructions for quartz movements. You will also be required to carry out characterisation analyses using optical profilometry and tribometry.

You will prospect, propose solutions, and successfully conduct their evaluation and introduction, in close collaboration with our various laboratories and production departments.

Furthermore, you will provide technical expertise in your field of activity to both internal departments and companies within the Swatch Group.

Your skills and competencies

You hold an engineering degree at MASTER HES level or another qualification deemed equivalent.

As an additional asset, you have several years of experience in the field of tribology.

Dynamic and creative, you stand out for your open-mindedness and sense of responsibility. Comfortable in human contact, you seek teamwork.

Languages

Native French or German speaker, you have good knowledge of the other language and are motivated to communicate in both languages. Good knowledge of English would be an advantage.
