What awaits you

• You take care of receiving and processing customer concerns and handle fault reports, which you forward to our service technicians.
• Your area of responsibility includes fault management, ensuring smooth operation through analysis and rectification via building control systems.
• You plan and coordinate regular maintenance work.
• You organise the daily business and ensure smooth cooperation with external service providers such as suppliers and service companies.
• You also initiate appropriate immediate measures within the framework of first-level support.
• Furthermore, you actively support central material ordering for operation and maintenance.

What you bring with you

• You have training in HVAC or building technology and have completed further education as a technician HF, maintenance specialist, or technical business administrator.
• With your several years of experience as a service technician in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems and initial insights into building technology, you are ready for new challenges.
• Your solid knowledge of hydraulics as well as control, measurement, and regulation technology forms the solid foundation of your expertise. You are particularly fascinated by topics such as heating, cooling, photovoltaics, and e-mobility.
• Thanks to your pronounced social skills and service orientation, you are not only technically proficient but also an excellent customer empathiser.
• You command fluent German at native speaker level and preferably have good knowledge of French.
• On-call duties are no problem for you.
