Automation Technician / Maintenance Technician

Main tasks:

• Ensure the proper functioning, compliance of installations and production infrastructure.
• Intervene on production equipment/infrastructure.
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions / secure immediately.
• Diagnose breakdowns and carry out interventions.
• Innovation and Development: participate in product trials and carry out tool changes.
• Monitor and manage the spare parts stock.
• Ensure adjustments, optimise installations.
• Monitor and update the schedule of preventive, corrective and improvement interventions.
• Configure machines until validation / handover to production.
• Systematically ensure the safety and cleanliness of equipment. Participate in updating the maintenance service documentation of the quality management system.
• Follow QHSE rules and GMPs for maintenance: quality, hygiene and safety in force.
• Record maintenance interventions in the logbooks.
• Report and collaborate with the QHSE department on any machine, infrastructure or service deviation potentially impacting products and safety.

We are looking for:

• Federal VET Diploma in Automation or Maintenance Technician
• 3 years of experience: an advantage
• Good mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and automation knowledge
• Knowledge of welding, machining and plumbing
• Knowledge of GMPs for the food, cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries
• Good interpersonal skills / Team spirit
• Alertness / Analytical mind
• Autonomy / Organisation
• Responsiveness / Availability
