Health Division
We are looking for a
Specialist in Addiction 70 – 100 %
starting 1 January 2027.Exciting tasks await:
- You will manage, coordinate and accompany the implementation of the cantonal addiction strategy in collaboration with specialist offices of the administration and addiction support organisations
- You will plan, manage and coordinate the development of harm reduction services in the canton of Aargau in cooperation with municipalities and specialist organisations
- You will implement measures of the addiction strategy and promote interdisciplinary collaboration between the administration, municipalities and actors in addiction support
- You will establish standardised monitoring in the addiction sector as well as an overview of existing addiction support services and ensure targeted information dissemination
- You will be responsible for controlling, quality assurance and timely and appropriate communication
What you bring:
- You have a university degree at master’s level in health sciences, psychology or an equivalent qualification
- You have additional training such as a CAS in addiction support, project management or a comparable further education
- You have professional experience in addiction support as well as in project management
- You possess negotiation skills and can communicate appropriately with different stakeholder groups
- You develop viable solutions, are confident in the political environment and actively shape change
