ERP Consultant Finance & Payroll (m/f/d)

Role:
Software only unfolds its effect when it truly reflects the processes in accounting and personnel administration. This is exactly where you come in as an ERP Consultant Finance & Payroll. A consulting team is being newly established, and you will shape the working methods and customer support from the very beginning. Step by step, your knowledge of modern ERP systems and business processes will grow.
Responsibilities:
You accompany companies in their daily operations and answer technical questions as a fixed point of contact.
You record, question, and document processes related to financial accounting and payroll in a comprehensible manner.
Furthermore, you configure the system according to the requirements of the organisations you support.
You contribute to improvement and renewal projects and support migrations to a contemporary platform.
Additionally, you provide consulting at eye level to ensure sensible solutions instead of costly special routes.
You also switch flexibly between assignments at the client and remote work.
Qualifications:
Your foundation is a qualification in business informatics, application development, or a commercial field with further training.
You have already gained some practical experience and are interested in business software and operational processes.
Initial contact with ERP solutions or financial applications will facilitate your entry.
Furthermore, you convince through structured working methods, initiative, and enjoyment of responsibility.
You enjoy contact with different people, and collegiality is important to you.
Moreover, you communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; English skills are an advantage.
