Reception & Reservations Coordinator
Main activities:
• Ensure the physical and telephone reception of visitors, clients, and partners; • Manage individual and group reservations as well as requests received by phone or email; • Manage the mailboxes dedicated to reception and reservations; • Inform visitors, sell entrance tickets, and contribute to providing them with a quality experience; • Coordinate internal requests related to visits, meetings, and events organised at the Visitor Centre; • Prepare meeting rooms and communicate information to the relevant employees; • Participate in the routine administrative management of the Visitor Centre; • Contribute to the daily smooth running of the Centre and provide support to other departments as needed.
Profile sought:
• Commercial, administrative, hospitality training or equivalent; • Experience in reception, customer service, secretarial work, or administrative management; • Excellent customer orientation and sense of service; • Good command of common IT tools; • Very good knowledge of French as well as a good command of German and English; • Availability to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays; • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or events is an asset;
