Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist as Project Manager Building Technology / HVAC for the planning and realisation of versatile building technology projects. You will handle smaller and medium-sized systems from the study and conception through planning and tendering to handover to the client. A particular focus is on 3D modelling, CAD/BIM, technical calculations, and sustainable energy concepts. The position offers an interdisciplinary planning environment with modern digital working methods and close collaboration between various specialist areas.
Responsibilities:
Planning and realisation of building technology projects of various sizes from study to handover
Independent project processing and coordination of smaller and medium-sized building technology systems
Development of technical concepts and sustainable energy solutions considering energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction
Creation and processing of 3D building technology models as well as planning documents using modern CAD and BIM tools
Execution of technical calculations and dimensioning for building technology systems
Preparation of schematic diagrams, tender documents, and submissions
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, building technology, and other specialist planning disciplines
Participation in internal and external project, planning, and coordination meetings
Alignment of technical solutions with clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors
Support with awards, execution controls, approvals, and commissioning
Application and further development of model-based planning and BIM processes
Collaboration in the development of innovative energy and building technology concepts for energy-efficient and low-emission buildings
Qualifications:
Education or degree as FH Engineer Building Technology, HF Technician Building Technology or comparable higher technical education
Alternatively, several years of professional experience as building technology planner EFZ with corresponding planning experience
Knowledge in planning, dimensioning, and project design of building technology systems
Good knowledge of CAD and 3D modelling, ideally experience with BIM and model-based planning
Knowledge in tendering, technical calculations, and building technology schematics
Good user skills in Microsoft 365 / MS Office
Good German language skills spoken and written
