Automation Technician for Production Systems

This is the role

• Repair and maintenance of machines, systems and robots in the electrical sector
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Assisting with the commissioning of new systems
• Identifying and implementing optimisations on machines and systems
• Making changes to PLC controls
• Carrying out minor mechanical work
• Supporting the training of apprentices in automation technology

What we expect

• Successfully completed training as an automation technician or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of production systems
• Confident handling of Siemens programming software (TIA Portal)
• Willingness to work shifts
• Team player, resilient
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)
