Company Description
We are looking for one of our clients, for a PERMANENT position, a Facility Management Employee (M/F), whose main mission will be to collaborate with different departments of the company, in planning interventions by external companies
Job Description
- Carry out various tasks related to building trades (changing lamps or bulbs, small maintenance / repair / DIY tasks...)
- Coordinate and monitor work and contractors (contact various external companies and schedule their interventions)
- Participate in general housekeeping tasks
- Manage stocks related to activities
Profile Sought
- Must hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an operations agent with several years of experience in managing and planning interventions by external companies (electricity, plumbing, building maintenance, snow removal, green spaces...)
- Have already worked in an industrial field
- Category B driving licence
- Forklift licence preferred
- Cross-disciplinary knowledge in building trades is an asset
- Proficient with computer tools
- Able to prepare a meeting room for a meeting
- Person who is rigorous, discreet, with good physical condition
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work alone or in a team
- Versatile, flexible, dynamic and creative
