To continue our growth and strengthen our Porrentruy team, we are looking for a:
Administrative Assistant
Your mission
- Welcome and guide job-seeking candidates, while managing incoming calls and requests;

Process applications received through various channels: recording in the ERP, updating and monitoring files;

Manage the mail and emails of the Porrentruy agency;

Carry out various administrative tasks related to the company’s activity, including preparing documents related to placement and file follow-up;

Support personnel advisors in their administrative and organisational tasks, contributing to the monitoring and proper maintenance of files;
- Participate in the pre-selection of applications by identifying, based on defined criteria, relevant profiles to be forwarded to personnel advisors;
- Gradually support personnel advisors in proposing profiles to client companies, according to identified needs and acquired experience.
Your profile

You hold a Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Business and/or have significant experience in a similar role;

You are dynamic, personable and possess an excellent sense of hospitality;
- You are comfortable with contacts and wish to gradually develop your commercial skills;

You work with rigour, precision and organisational skills;

You master common IT tools and consider them true allies in daily work;

You have experience in the administrative field in Switzerland or possess good knowledge of the current legislative and administrative framework;
- You have an interest in regional companies and related professions.
