The Medical-Social Centres have the mission to help people of all ages who are dependent or affected in their health to remain in their living environment as long as possible and to support informal carers. APREMADOL, with its 4 MSCs, serves 7 municipalities in the Western Lausanne area.

Mission
A true pillar of the organisation, a link between colleagues and clients, you plan the services of staff visiting our clients to ensure quality care adapted to their needs.

Your main tasks:

• Select, allocate and schedule the interventions of our staff at clients’ homes using our planning tool
• Adjust daily intervention schedules according to priorities and absences of clients and colleagues
• Communicate with various stakeholders (clients, providers, network, colleagues)
• Ensure compliance with labour law (working hours, rest periods and Sunday work)

Profile:

• Commercial employee CFC, ASSC, logistician, or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years’ professional experience in intervention planning and administration
• Knowledge of the Vaud health and medico-social network is an asset
• Ability to prioritise, anticipate and manage several activities simultaneously
• Excellent organisational skills, rigour and precision
• Good communication skills, aptitude for negotiation, pressure management and multitasking
• Good team spirit
• Fluent spoken and written French
• Comfortable using common IT tools
