Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual who takes responsibility for the financial processes and their further development. In this leadership position, you will lead a finance team and ensure a professional and efficient organisation of the finance department. At the same time, you will work closely with management and support it with sound financial information on important business matters.

Responsibilities:

• You lead the finance team both professionally and personally and ensure efficient collaboration as well as clear processes

• You coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER

• You are responsible for financial reporting as well as cost and operational accounting and provide meaningful key figures for corporate management

• You prepare the required regulatory reports and statements and ensure their complete and timely processing

• You manage the budget and forecast processes, are responsible for liquidity planning, monitor ongoing financial development and support payroll processing

Qualifications:

• You have completed a higher education in finance and accounting, for example the Swiss federal diploma or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of practical experience in the finance sector and are familiar with the relevant processes from a responsible role

• Your expertise includes accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting and liquidity management

• You work confidently with Microsoft 365, especially Excel; experience with Abacus, Winsure, Qlik or GRC solutions is a plus

• You have fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
