Role:
The company is an internationally active Swiss industrial group specialising in the development and manufacture of lubricants and chemical-technical solutions.
An in-house research and development department as well as a modern laboratory enable continuous product development and adaptation to specific technical requirements of industrial partners and customers.
Through international presence and collaboration with manufacturers, industrial partners, research institutions and sports teams, a versatile environment is offered where research, production, quality, technology, sales and customer consulting closely interact.
Responsibilities:
From payroll preparation to final verification, you ensure a smooth monthly payroll process.
You handle social insurance, withholding tax and recurring annual declarations.
All personnel-related changes as well as entries and exits are correctly recorded and processed by you.
In cases of accidents and illness, you act as the interface to insurance companies and authorities and coordinate the necessary steps.
For a reliable payroll data basis, you monitor time management and absences and make necessary corrections.
You competently advise managers and employees on questions regarding payroll, social insurance and personnel administration topics.
Qualifications:
A commercial education as well as further training in payroll, HR or social insurance form your professional foundation.
You have practical experience in Swiss payroll and know the relevant basics of social insurance, labour and payroll law.
You work confidently with common ERP and payroll solutions.
You have an interest in international payroll structures and enjoy collaborating with external fiduciary offices.
Very good MS Office skills as well as a strong affinity for numbers and systems characterise you.
In addition to fluent German, you communicate well in English and French.
