For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a:

Debt Collection Specialist

Tasks

• Prepare correspondence and conduct conversations with debtors, partners, offices and authorities
• Check debtor situation and creditworthiness
• Conclude instalment agreements and monitor incoming payments
• Process waiver and deferral requests
• Obtain information about the solvency and liquidity of debtors
• Other administrative tasks

Requirements

• Commercial basic training
• Professional experience in debt collection
• Practical knowledge of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law (SchKG) is a prerequisite
• Competent, customer-oriented, cooperative and result-oriented
• Good PC skills (MS Office applications)
• Confident German and very good French skills in spoken and written form
