IT & Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support and maintenance of business and customer applications (web & mobile) as well as assistance to consultants and customers in using our digital platforms
Analysis, processing, and follow-up of support requests as well as error analysis and documentation of technical issues
Collaboration with the internal development team in analysing and resolving software problems
Operation and maintenance of the workstation environment (Windows and macOS clients, Microsoft Office, hardware) as well as support with hardware issues
Management of user accounts, access rights, and mailboxes as well as support in the administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange (on-premises)
Coordination and collaboration with external IT service providers on more complex issues related to infrastructure, network, and servers
Participation in IT projects and the introduction of new systems
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (e.g. IT specialist EFZ) or equivalent qualification
Experience in IT support or application support
Good knowledge of Windows and macOS clients, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (on-premises) is an advantage
Interest in software, applications, and digital platforms
Analytical and structured working style
Service-oriented personality with good communication skills
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
