Your new responsibilities

• Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the kitchen studio team

• Responsibility for achieving sales targets in the kitchen studio
• Responsibility for the attractive presentation of goods in the kitchen studio
• Competent advice and enthusiasm for customers in our modern Pfister kitchen studios
• Inspiring customers with our attractive and varied range
• Planning and selling dream kitchens to our customers using the Carat planning tool
• Responsible for preparing and conducting the offer through to the sales contract

• Continuous development of kitchen studio sales staff

• Regular exchanges with the branch manager and other managers
• Ongoing communication with the kitchen logistics and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order processing

What you bring

• Enjoyment in intensive customer contact and advice
• Experience in kitchen sales or installation
• Very good spatial representation skills and creativity
• Experience with digital planning systems (furniture, kitchens, space planning)

• Experience managing a team of 2-3 people
• Craftsman training
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented action
• A confident and winning attitude
