Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for project management in heating construction, heating renovations and the replacement of existing heating systems with heat pumps. You will independently plan, organise and execute small to medium-sized building technology projects and ensure an economical and high-quality implementation. The focus is on site coordination, technical leadership of installation teams, cost and schedule monitoring, as well as technical customer advice. The position offers a responsible field of activity with varied renovation projects and the opportunity to actively shape the implementation of modern and energy-efficient heating systems.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management in heating construction with responsibility for planning, organising and realising small to medium-sized renovation projects
Design and implementation of heating renovations and heat pump replacement systems considering technical, energetic and economic requirements
Coordination and supervision of all site processes ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Technical leadership and deployment planning of heating installers organising workflows and coordinating personnel resources
Cost, schedule and quality management with ongoing monitoring of project budgets, execution deadlines and agreed performance standards
Preparation of offers and cost calculations including material, labour and installation effort for heating installations and renovation measures
Processing of change orders and project billing with control of performed services and ensuring correct cost accounting
Material disposition and procurement coordination planning orders, delivery dates and material availability according to construction progress
Technical advice and support for customers in selecting suitable heating systems, renovation solutions and heat pump technologies
Coordination with builders, specialist planners and other trades to align technical interfaces and ensure smooth installation processes
Maintaining construction logs and project documentation recording construction progress, relevant decisions and completed work
Ensuring occupational safety and quality assurance monitoring safety regulations, technical execution standards and proper handover of systems
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in building technology heating, for example as a heating installer EFZ or building technology planner heating EFZ
Further training as a technician HF building technology, building technology planner or a comparable higher professional qualification is an advantage
Several years of practical experience in planning and executing HVAC projects, especially in heating renovations and replacement of existing heating systems
Sound expertise in modern heating and heat pump technology as well as understanding of hydraulic systems, installation technology and energy-efficient building technology
Experience in site organisation and technical leadership of installation teams with confident handling of cost calculations, offers and project billing
Independent, structured and entrepreneurial working style with a sense of responsibility, assertiveness, initiative and strong team skills
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as convincing communication skills for customer advice, staff leadership and coordination with project participants
