For our Supply Chain Services team, we are looking for a committed individual who wants to take responsibility, help shape and further develop logistics together with us.
What to expect
- You lead cross-departmental projects that further develop our logistics - from conception to implementation in operations, holistically
- You further develop the processes in warehouse and intralogistics, together with the process owners
- You identify optimisation and automation potentials, evaluate them and bring them to approval - parallel to process work, not afterwards
- You help shape service delivery - from make-or-buy questions to managing external logistics service providers
- You ensure that control points, uniform working methods and IKS compliance are effective in operations - also during change
What you bring
- Completed higher business or technical education (HF, FH, University)
- Further training in process and project management and/or in automation or digitalisation completed or willingness to complete it
- At least three years of experience in logistics or SCM environment as well as in leading cross-departmental projects
- You know logistics operations from practice, understand material flow and supply logic topics and communicate with dispatch, warehouse and customers on equal terms
- You drive topics with conviction and transparency - pragmatically, iteratively and with perseverance.
- Very high IT affinity with solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office, SharePoint
- German at native level, good English skills
