• You competently and enthusiastically advise our customers when purchasing motorcycle clothing, helmets and accessories
• You process orders and ensure their smooth handling
• You support our customers with questions and concerns - in person, by phone or by email
• You independently and customer-oriented handle returns and warranty cases
• You ensure an appealing product presentation and a shopping experience that excites
• You operate our cash register system and carry out the daily cash reconciliation
• You assist with administrative tasks as well as inventory management and ensure order and clarity in the sales area

• You have completed training in retail or have comparable professional experience in sales
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
• Enthusiasm for motorcycles and motorcycle clothing - industry experience is a plus but not a must
• Our sales area is open Monday to Saturday; Saturday shifts are not a problem for you
• You work independently, reliably and responsibly
• You have a friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
• You are familiar with common computer applications and cash register systems
• You are a team player, resilient and flexible personality
