CNC Machining Manager (M/F)

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
Permanent contract - 100% rate - Daytime hours

Desired profile

• Federal VET Diploma in Polymechanics, Senior Technician or equivalent training.
• Experience in team management.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining methods - milling.
• Proficiency in CAM programming.
• Versatile profile, capable of moving from workshop coordination to direct machine intervention.
• Clear communication, sense of priorities.

• Ensure the operational coordination of the workshop and oversee the smooth running of production activities according to workloads, urgencies and set objectives.
• Lead the team daily, distribute activities and contribute to the development of skills as well as the versatility of employees.
• Act as a technical referent for production, especially during start-ups, adjustments, program tuning and troubleshooting related to machining.
• Guarantee the proper manufacturing of high-precision mechanical parts on various CNC production means.
• Actively participate in the definition, adaptation and improvement of machining programmes and parameters to ensure process quality and reliability.
• Identify areas for workshop improvement and implement actions aimed at optimising yields, quality, manufacturing methods and flow organisation.
